1. Scope
The operator provides access to the online game Vanta Arena and its accompanying website under these terms. Using the service means you accept them in full.
Core gameplay is free. The only paid content is in-game cosmetics, which do not affect game balance.
2. Age requirement
The service is available to people aged 13 and older. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use it with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The operator may suspend an account when there is reasonable belief that its owner is under 13.
3. Accounts
An account is required to play. One person, one account. Sharing, selling or transferring accounts is prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email and to any Discord or Google account linked to your sign-in.
Player names must follow the code of conduct. The operator may force a name change without compensation when a name breaks those rules.
4. Virtual items
Shards and Cores are in-game units of account. They are not money, electronic money or securities, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and cannot be transferred to another player.
Cosmetic items are granted as a right to use them inside the service, not as a transfer of property.
A digital item is considered delivered the moment it is credited to your account. Once delivered it is non-refundable — see the refund policy.
5. Prohibited conduct
Third-party programs that grant a gameplay advantage, interference with network traffic, exploiting bugs for gain, automating gameplay and deliberately throwing matches are all prohibited.
Match results are computed by the server. Attempting to influence your score, XP or leaderboard position from the client counts as a violation and leads to a ban.
A ban for a violation does not come with a refund for cosmetics purchased earlier.
6. Availability
The service is provided as is. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may perform maintenance and change balance, shop contents and progression rules.
Seasonal rating and seasonal level reset at the end of each season. Account level, purchased cosmetics and unlocked weapons never reset.
7. Changes to these terms
The operator may amend these terms. Material changes are published in the News section at least 7 days before they take effect.
Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect means you accept the new version.
The operating entity is named in the company details before public launch. Until then this document applies as the rules of a closed test.
