Code of conduct

Last updated 7 September 2026.

1. Fair play

Cheats, aim assists, ESP, macros, modified clients and any interference with network traffic are prohibited.

The server is authoritative: it computes hits, damage, XP and score. Trying to send the server your own result is a violation whether or not it works.

Deliberately abusing a bug for advantage counts as cheating. Report bugs you find to support instead.

2. Names

Names must not contain insults, profanity, hate speech, links or advertising, and must not impersonate the staff of the service.

Name checks are automatic, but staff may force a change on a name that passed the filter and still breaks these rules.

3. In-match behaviour

Deliberately throwing a match, intentional AFK and colluding with other players against the rest are prohibited.

Frequently leaving matches early temporarily restricts access to matchmaking.

4. Multiple accounts

Creating extra accounts to evade a ban, inflate leaderboards or farm newcomer bonuses is prohibited.

Bot kills do not count toward leaderboards precisely so that farming them is pointless.

5. Enforcement

Depending on severity: a forced name change, removal from a leaderboard, a temporary matchmaking restriction, or an account ban.

Cheating results in a permanent ban with no compensation for purchased cosmetics.

You can appeal through the support form under the Account category.
